Trick or treat! Scary movies have me in tears-- I can. not. deal. with them because things like movies tend to linger too long in my head /o\ We watched The Orphanage in Spanish class in high school. I was scared of bathrooms and of the dark for two whole weeks :x

My favorite scary movie is The Haunting (the 1963, not the terrible remake)-- it was my introduction to how amazing psychological horror can be. If you've never heard of it, it's about a scientist who brings a group of people with supernatural experiences in their past to a house rumored to be haunted to try to prove the existence of, well, the supernatural. Also, Theo is awesome, fuck yeah non-stereotypical non-awful semi-ambiguously lesbian characters \o/

………I could have found cute animals in costume, I just wanted an excuse to babble about The Haunting.
